Deadlift*

*Build to a Moderate weight. Complete 12/12 Single Leg Glute Bridge-Ups after each set.


WOD

2 ROUNDS ( on a 7 min clock)
15 Deadlifts (185/135)|(135/95)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Pull-Ups

then

AMRAP 5
5 Deadlifts (225/155)|(155/105)
5 Box Jump Overs
5 Pull-Ups*
