WARMUP

First,
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Butt Kickers
20 High Knees

Then,
2 Rounds:
10 Alt. Knee to Chest
10 Alt. Heel Sccops
5 Walkouts into Cobra Stretch
:20 Hollow Hold


AMRAP 20
10 Deadlifts
10 Sit-ups
100 Meter Weighted Carry (or 150 steps)
20 Deadlifts
20 Sit-ups
100 Meter Weighted Carry
(continue pattern, adding 10 deadlifts and 10 sit-ups up to 20:00 mark)

Notes:

  • Deadlifts can be with DB’s, KB’s, or barbell, or single arm variation (weight between feet “sumo” style or by your side)

4 Rounds:
:40 Plank Hold
:20 Rest
:40 Hollow Hold/Bent Hollow Hold
:20 Rest
