HOME WORKOUT 5.25.20 Murph

Memorial Day Murph

Run 1 mile
100 PullUps
200 Pushups
300 Air Squat
Run 1 mile
* wear a weight vest if available (and able)

You may partition the movements anyway you’d like:

10x
10 PullUp
20 Pushup
30 squat

Or

20x
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squat

** You can sub pullups with table rows or banded rows or bent over rows

If you are unable to run a mile, please
Sub with 100 burpees. (200 total)
