Notes: Can use weights for rows (DB/KB/Plates), or objects around the house, a backpack with weight added, or sub “table rows” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjSaYXeKiNk). If doing single arm rows, perform 15/side. Break up push-ups into manageable sets!

Notes: 20 reps total, alternating arms each rep. Keep weight overhead until full rep on other arm is complete, then switch. If no weights, use objects around the house and double reps.
