WARMUP:

2:00-3:00 Light Run/Jog/Walk 

Then, 
:30/direction of Wrist Circles
15 Arm Swings Forward
15 Arm Swings Backwards
15 Hugs
:30 Cobra Stretch
10 Push-up to Down Dog
1:00 Down Dog Stretch

4 Rounds For Time:
10 Russian Push-ups (SCALE: REG PUSHUPS!)
30 Sit-ups (ANY KIND)
400 Meter Run (SCALE TO 2:00)

CORE: 4:00 Tabata 
(:20 Work/:10 Rest x 8 Rounds):
Dead Bugs (scale up w/ weight)
