Monday – Back Squat + Body Armor + Conditioning
Tuesday – Conditioning + Gymnastic Skill + Aerobic Capacity
Wednesday – Beast Builder + Conditioning + Midline
Thursday – Front Squat + Conditioning + Body Armor
Friday – Long Conditioning + Midline or Rest
