You will be Testing your Maxes this week!

If you miss a day we will do make up days, or you can hit 2 movements in one day…

Monday- Back Squat
Tuesday – Shoulder Press
Wednesday – Bench Press
Friday- Deadlift


A. 1 Rep Max Back Squat

B. AMRAP 15
50 Double Unders
200 M Run (SUB:18/12 Calorie Assault Bike)
15 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (50/35)
