5 Sunday Meal Prep Ideas… Eat Healthy All Week
1. hard boil/steam some eggs.

3. chop some fresh vegetables in advance for a simple salad.
When assembling a salad, add some protein (cooked chicken, beef, salmon, prawns, bacon or cheese) and fat (olive oil & lemon vinaigrette, homemade mayo, etc.).

Unless you can find some really low-carb/no sugar BBQ sauce, omit #2. or… Make your own BBQ sauce
