Skill: Snatch (10 minute cap)

  • Work up to a heavy complex of:
  • 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch

Strength: 3x (every 2-1/2 minutes)

  • 6 Back Squat

Conditioning:

5 Rounds: (Beginner 3 rounds)
AMRAP 3: Rest 1:00 Between Rounds

  • 3 Power Cleans (135/95)(95/65)
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Air Squats
