- Run 400m + Agile 8
2x with a Partner:
- PARTNER 1: 8 Medball cleans
- PARTNER 2: Chin over bar hold
2x with a Partner:
- PARTNER 1: 10 Pushups (Challenge yourself: add a plate to your back, or go to your toes, etc…)
- PARTNER 2: Ring Support Hold

- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air Squat

Cool Down:
- walk around Bldg.
- then, Practice Double unders for 8-10 minutes
