  • Agile 8
  • 20/20 Walking lunge

A. 5 sets

  • 1 Clean + 2 Jerks

B. OH Squat

  • 3-3-3-3-3

C. 3 RNFT

  • 12 Ring row
  • 12 Kipping Pull up (Scale: lower reps // SUB: 4sec negatives or 4sec chin over bar holds)
  • 12 DB 1-arm Row
  • 12 GHD Sit ups
