- 60-90 sec Front Plank Hold
B. 5 sets
- 6/6 Seated 1-arm DB Press
- 12 BB Good Mornings (work to a heavy 5)
C. 5 sets
- 45 sec Handstand Hold
- 4/4 1-arm bent-over Row (AHAP)
D. 3x
- 8/8 Powell Raise (15/10)
- 16 Superman (w/ 2 sec hold at top!!!)
- 12-15 BB Hip Bridge (135/95) on bench
