  • 12 Dead Lift (Male- BW/ Female- .75BW)
  • 21 Box Jumps (24/20″)

C. 2x

  • 10 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 10 Handstand kick-ups (or max hold)
  • 5/5 KB Get-up Sit-up
