- Power Clean from the Ground
- Hang Power Clean from Top Knee
- Hang Power Clean from Pockets (power position)
– Rest AT LEAST 60 seconds!!!
– NO dropped bar between the positions
– START RELEASING HOOK GRIPS TO GET THE ELBOWS AROUND FASTER…COMMON FAULT I HAVE BEEN SEEING!
B. Max Height Box Jumps 5×2
- 2-2-2-2-2
– choose a “challenging” box height and perform a NON-REBOUNDING JUMP…step down, Reset, repeat quickly.

- 20 GHD Sit-Ups (Scale to parallel or AbMat Situps)
- 15 Supine Heel touches
- 10 Dead Bugs
