+ 10 DB Bench Pullovers between rounds

B. EMOM 8

  • ODD: 5 x 1-arm DB Snatch (5/arm)
  • EVEN: 8-10 x Thrusters (135/95) (95/65)

C. 3 RFT

  • 350m run (out back door/in front door: stick to sidewalks)
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10/10 DB step-ups
