Mechanics–Consistency–Intensity: Do it right… then, do it fast!
This week, I’d like you to really focus on technique. Work on your ability to move yourself and external objects in the most efficient, effective and safe manner as possible.
You’ve heard, “Practice makes perfect”, but PERFECT practice makes PERFECT! Show up often and train correctly.
Check your ego at the door. If you need to work on technique, dial back on speed, intensity, distance, and/or load. Do it right… then do it fast!
Movement Practice: Partition the reps as needed. Chasing quality is the key.
- Air Squats – 50 reps
