A. Turkish Get-ups
- 20 Reps Total(10 each arm, up and down)
- As heavy as possible.
- Use odd object for more advanced athletes. Sandbags, d-balls, barbells, etc.
B. EMOM 6
- 1x “High Hang” Power Clean
- As heavy as possible for each set.
C. 3 Rounds For Time:
- 200m Farmer Carry (40/30)
- 400m Run (out back door around to front door)
D. EXTRA CREDIT: 3 Rounds:
- 10 Bench Press (3/4 body weight)
- 15 Kipping Pull-ups (scale with a band)
