WOD 6.11.15 Thursday— We are Moving!!!

Surf Athletics CrossFit has a new location… The new and improved box is located at 22230 Palos Verdes Blvd., Torrance 90505.

While we have had a good run inside of the Refinery, it’s time to move into our own dedicated space. (Also, we can say goodbye to the locked up equipment!)

Our expanded class Schedule at the new box will begin soon, and check back for the Grand Opening announcement…

WOD 6.11.15 Thursday

Warmup:

  • Run 400m
  • 10 bootstrappers
  • PVC Wrist and Shoulder drills
  • Shoulder: banded distraction

A.  Front Squats– pyramid

  • 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5
  • change weights each set, up or down
  • Unlimited rest

B.  AMRAP 7 of Thrusters: 2 man team

  • 40 reps @ 45/35
  • 30 reps @ 65/55
  • AMRAP @ 95/65

C. AMRAP 7

  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 8 Push-Ups
  • 6 Pull ups
