2 CrossFit Contests in December: WIN $$
Thanksgiving dinners take eighteen hours to prepare. They are consumed in twelve minutes. Half-times take twelve minutes. This is not coincidence.
Thanksgiving has come and gone, and you’ve possibly been eating more than your fair share for the past 3 days. According to research from the Calorie Control Council, the average American may consume more than 4,500 calories and a whopping 229 grams of fat during a typical holiday gathering from snacking and eating a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with turkey and all the trimmings.
We want to help you get on track for the rest of the holiday season with 2 contests geared to keeping you coming in for classes.
Contest #1- Get your GOAT
Each day in December, spend 5 minutes on your “goat” (weakness or movement that you’d like to perfect) and mark your tally sheet for that day.
You may do the chosen movement or accessory work that directly relates to your goat. NOTE: Work done as part of regularly scheduled WODs will not count toward your goat for that day. Only one tally per day is allowed.
The Athlete with the most tallies at the end of the day on December 31, 2015 is the winner of a $25 gift card.
Contest #2- Check-IN/ Workout
Super simple: The Athlete with the most workout check-ins in the month of December 2015 wins a $25 gift card!
