START HERE: CrossFit On-Ramp

A CrossFit Introductory class is the best way to get a taste of CrossFit. This class includes a warm-up, workout, cool-down and a Q&A session about CrossFit and what we offer at Surf Athletics CrossFit.
Bring workout clothing, water and be sure not to eat within 1-hour of class time. Just sign up and we will make sure you get all the info you need (directions, parking, etc) to get in the best shape of your life.

You may be curious as to why our fees are higher than your “average” gym. At Surf Athletics CrossFit, we are anything but average.

Most gyms simply charge an “access fee” for the usage of equipment. At SACF, we program your workouts for you, provide first class coaching and instruction in every class you attend, offer nutritional and programming advice and guide you through scaling and developments in your workouts. Our program is more than a simple exercise program. We are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health, well-being and fitness.
